Wine critic: Bright, even, pale straw-yellow. The nose is fresh and vibrant, well-packed with aromas of tropical guava, passionfruit, lime, penetrating with a dusting of white pepper, along with lime flowers, herbaceous notes of capsicum. Medium-light bodied, the palate is fresh with bright aromas of lime, passionfruit, backed up by ripe guava; underlying flowers, capsicum and white pepper are integrated. A light phenolic grip reminiscent nuances of oyster shells and sea salt. The bright acidity flows with good energy and buoyancy, carries delicate florals and lifted spices to a fine-textured lingering finish.

My review: Intense white grape and apple smell right away, along with a nice pear smell. The taste was very similar in its flavor, with a potential hint of grapefruit as well. The wine was crisp and acidic in its mouth taste and aftertaste, and had a medium body. There was some kind of green apple flavor, lending to some sourness on top of other flavors. This Sauvignon Blanc was remarkably different than the others I have had, particularly because it had a much stronger grape flavor than the others. There was a solid amount of dryness in my mouth after swallowing, which matched what some descriptions said online after I finished tasting. This kind of wine would go well with a salty fish or chicken dish.
